The STANMECH Technologies, Good Cars Only, Gabo Solutions #77 Formula Mazda has been in the shop at the Subject Motorsports worldwide headquarters here in Burlington since October. We are busy working through our list of maintenance items – today (the 27th of December), we repaired removed the trans axle assembly for service at Vallis Motor Sport, removed the half shafts for cleaning and repacking, painted the dash with semi-gloss black (to reduce the glare from the prior very shiny aluminum), removed the exhaust header (we found a crack that will need to be welded) and began working on re-taping the seat insert. The STANMECH Technologies, Good Cars Only, Gabo Solutions #77 Formula Mazda has been in the shop at the Subject Motorsports worldwide headquarters here in Burlington since October. We are busy working through our list of maintenance items – today (the 21st of December), we repaired the left rear bearing carrier (the stub axle was loose inside the carrier housing), installed a remote oil pressure sender and prepared the front wing for some fiberglass repair. We busy working through our list of maintenance items – this past Sunday (the 15th of December), we installed a new oil catch can, installed new brake pads and lubricated the brake pad slider pins, disassembled the front nose/wing assembly, re-riveted the rear wing reinforcement and we took an inventory of the rod ends that we will be replacing during the next 30 days. Our 2020 racing schedule has been radically altered by the COVID 19 pandemic, as the majority of our races in the first part of the season were either cancelled or postponed. We have planned some new events in September and October, both at our home track at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park. Stay tuned for more scheduling news!!!

We have a very long list of items to complete before the 2020 season including: shock absorber service, steering race service, transmission service, CV joint service, chassis inspection, recharge the fire suppression system, installation of shock absorber data system, brake service, cleanup and repair of the bodywork, and repair the rear wing.
